Once you have everything stored on your computer, transferred to a hard drive or USB stick and take to your local store (like Staples). It's become very expensive. For a slogan that has cost more trouble. It seems that if you have any supplies. Take it to Staples. =)
A company called Work Vintage Wines Ltd, based in Nottingham provides this service in a wide range of champagne at a price of around £ 8 a bottle, usually around the country for you. I'm not sure they will make only the label of the bottle, but they can always ask.
