Gym Program Where Can I Find The Best Gym Workout Program?

Where can I find the best gym workout program? - gym program

I weighs 97 kg and the experiment, 10 kg of the struggle to lose, but I also want to tone the body. The weights and do cardio at the gym is not enough. I like free weights and hatred of the band, how do I get maximum power, what is the best training for my situation

The point here is a superset of the heart rate and increase the body to start burning calories too. Superset to do with Google Book Search, and more research, if this is the way their interest in participating. This is what I propose.
