It just means that we're almost ready for another natural disaster or terrorist attack.
they need it worse than we are, or what we think.
The message will be pointed out that the use of the National Guard, the expansion of state capacity to respond to emergencies. We do not send emergency teams to Iraq, we send the National Guard. Do not take the tone of my post to say that I support the war or because I do not and never.
