Retaining Wall Estimate Is My Sand Good Enough For A Retaining Wall Base?

Is my sand good enough for a retaining wall base? - retaining wall estimate

I have a steep slope, I'm a 2nd Reconstruction. Rotten traverse wall with wall colors. The base must be made of sand and silt "Case wash my bank is a single and 95% sand would appreciate it. Can I have a stable and compact but a little coming from my mud or what you really need to buy brand new white sand?

The sand is better on the first course. Can I use gravel behind the wall (1-2 m deep) drainage and pressure. You can also see a few lines of drainage behind the wall to carry water at the deepest point.
