Pokemon Shirts Used So A Friend Of Mine Is Making A T-shirt. Using The Phrase "catch Them All", Is That Trademark Infringement?

So a friend of mine is making a T-shirt. Using the phrase "catch them all", is that trademark infringement? - pokemon shirts used

So, a friend and I joke, and it came with a "10 reasons for a player" wants list and a T-shirt.

In one of these reasons, uses the term "catch-all", and how to use, it's almost a pun (I think) in the popular Pokemon "Gotta Catch'em all!".

Well, I said, "no such mark infridgement? So I'll see www.uspto.gov, whether the sentence is undoubtedly a registered trademark.

The law says that he is dead, but I'm willing to bet that it is safe to operate. I'm sure if you use the word "Pokemon", you could have problems, though.

My friend's just a shirt for him and another person (not profit) of what he says is correct. I say we wait and get some answers.

It is therefore a (possible) cases of trademark infringement?

No! That is not trademark infringement. The words are not the same. And you're not (on individual words like "Pokemon").

If there is a way of saying, in an easy style, created to identify the type and brand repeated only for those words that might have the style the way a problem.

For example, if I opened a restaurant called Moose Burgers and had a yellow arch style "M" in my house, probably with a few problems with McDonald's.

\\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ U0026lt,> First, catch-all "is not the same as" Gotta Catch'em all! "So, no problem. Secondly, I am almost sure that the company will not pursue the issue of copyright infringement for 2 shirts. So do not worry (sorry, I think it was copyrighted!) And have a nice day! ( I know you are!:)
